Chef Patron Alan Hill has a background firmly rooted in the preparation and cooking of the finest ingredients to award winning standards.
With an eye on the seasons and being able to call on some of the freshest ingredients from local well known suppliers the compliments from our customers just keep flowing.
Our wines are exceptional. A purpose built wine room displays some of the exciting labels that have been selected from the award winning Devonshire Cellar and there are some real gems to savour. Plus a good choice of value for money, easy drinking wines are available, several by the glass.
Cask ales include a local brewed Chatsworth Gold by Peak Ales, and a selection of other local cask ales.
There is a choice of two dining areas both serving the same menu the atmospheric bar in the original part of the inn and the hip brasserie, colourful and funky. Tables are on a first come first served, however, tables may be reserved in advance for the evenings.
Breakfast will now be served 8am - 10am 7 days a week
Dinner will be served 6pm - 9pm Sunday to Thursday
5.30pm - 9pm Friday and Saturday
