A daily menu of game caught on the Chatsworth estate. Including; grouse, partridge, woodpigeon, pheasant, rabbit, woodcock, or venison. See the chalk boards for what's in season and what's on the spit.

Your choice of game is served with bread sauce, game chips, redcurrant jelly and vegetables fresh from the kitchen garden.
