The Devonshire Cellar is renowned for having one of the finest wine lists in the country; over 2,500 fine and rare wines with an impressive champagnes list.
We would be pleased to order wine from the Devonshire Wine Cellars that is not on our wine list but we require a minimum of 28 days notice to allow us to order it for you.
So, whilst there are wines that reach four figures in price, there’s also a remarkable choice of reasonably priced wines from around the world; a dining dividend in our wine cellar.
By buying 'en primeur' (before a wine is ready to drink) and laying the wine down for ten years or so, we are able to offer some real gems at less than one can buy them on the high street today. The combined cost of staying overnight, dining in The Burlington and savouring a premier cru bottle can be considerably less than the price of that same wine on its own at a London restaurant.
